Zoomdata recognizes The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU Regulation 2016/679). Accordingly, we require double opt-in for marketing communication with European Union (“EU”) residents, and provide an ability, as appropriate, to opt out of having your personal information stored in our systems that may have come through our Site.  Zoomdata segments it’s database for the purpose of marketing the right content to the right person at the right time. Examples of this segmentation may include company location, industry, job role, pages visited our resources downloaded.

By visiting the Site, you agree that your personal information will be handled as described in this Policy. Your use of our Site, and any dispute over privacy, is subject to this Policy and our Terms of Service , including its applicable limitations on damages and the resolution of disputes. Information We Collect Directly From You

We offer a downloadable software application (“Software”). To download our Software, we request your first and last name, email address, company name and some information about your business challenges. In order to comply with the GDPR double opt-in requirements, we also ask if you are an EU resident. After you have downloaded our Software , we do not see or have access to the information that you evaluate through the Software or the reports that the Software generates. All of that information is stored locally on your end.

Our Site: Our Site is largely for informational and customer service purposes.

Contact Us. If you contact us through our Site, we will collect your first and last name, email address, phone number, ask if you are an EU resident and any other information that you choose to provide to us. We may share such information with Reseller Partners if you indicated an interest in speaking to someone about our product.

Customer Service. If you download our Software, you may have the option to establish an account through our Site (at support.zoomdata.com) for customer service purposes by providing  us your first and last name, email address, company name, and selecting a username and password. You may be able to submit customer service inquiries through our Site.

Our Use of Cookies and Other Tracking Mechanisms

We use cookies and other tracking mechanisms to track information about your use of our Site. We may combine this information with other personal information we collect from you. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or compromised passwords or for any activity on your account via unauthorized password activity.

 

What Choices Do I Have Regarding Use of My Personal Information?

We may send periodic promotional or informational emails to you. You may opt-out of such communications by following the opt-out instructions contained in the email footer. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for us to process opt-out requests. If you opt-out of receiving emails about recommendations or other information we think may interest you, we may still send you emails about your account or any Services you have requested or received from us.

 

Children Under 13

Our Services are not designed for children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete such information from our systems.
