Scatter Plot

The Scatter Plot chart type is based on three metrics and one attribute.

This chart type is supported by all the data sources.

  1. On the Charts page (for your selected data source), under the Standard tab, select Scatter Plot .

  1. Configure the settings as follows:
    Group by - select the attribute.
    Group by Limit - specify the number of attribute items to be displayed on the chart.
    Group by Color Palette - select the palette to be applied to your chart. Select the Display Legend checkbox to view the legend on the chart.
    Group by Sort - select an attribute or a metric and the sorting type.
    X Axis - select a metric for the x axis.
    Y Axis - select a metric for the y axis.
    Size -  select a metric to be visualized by the bubble size.

  1. Specify the name of the chart and add the description.
  2. Click Save .


To view your chart, do the following:

  1. Click the menu icon.
  2. Click Data Sources and select the desired data source.
  3. Select Scatter Plot . The chart is displayed.

You can now explore and interact with your dataset using the zoom function on the map and the left menu options.
