|Only administrators and the Zoomdata Supervisor can change or reset account passwords, although they can require a user to change their password when they first log in.|
If you are logged into Zoomdata as the Supervisor, you can change or reset the login passwords of any other user. If you are logged into Zoomdata as an administrator, you can change or reset the login passwords of any user except the Supervisor. To change the Supervisor password, you must be logged in as the Supervisor.
To change or reset a password:
Log into Zoomdata as the Supervisor or as an administrator.
When you log in as the Supervisor, the Manage Users page appears.
If you log in as an administrator, select (Settings) and then select Users & Groups to see the Manage Users page.
In the list on the left of the page, select the user whose password you want to reset. The account details for that user appear on the right on three tabs Info, Account(s), and Regional Settings.
On the Info tab, click Change Password.
Type the new password in the Password and Confirm Password boxes.
Optionally, change the Require password change switch. When this switch is set to Yes, the user is prompted (and forced) to change their password when they next attempt to log in. When this switch is set to No, the user is not prompted to change their password. The default setting for this switch is No.
Click Save to save the new password. As soon as you do this, the user can log into Zoomdata using the new password. If you set Require password change to Yes, they will be prompted immediately to change that password during the log in attempt.
