Fixing Blank Visualizations in the Gallery (for RPM Installations)
If you successfully installed the RPM version of Zoomdata and only see blank visualizations on the dashboard, there may be a 'HOSTNAME' mismatch in two specific Zoomdata files -

To resolve this issue, you will need to open the two files and verify that the 'HOSTNAME' reference in both files match. Potential scenarios causing the blank visualizations:
If the 'HOSTNAME' reference does not exist in the
/etc/sysconfig/networkfile, then it must be added. The name must match what is provided in the
- If the 'HOSTNAME' reference exists in both files, then one of the references must be revised to match the other.
To correct this error, take the following steps:
Step 1: Log out of Zoomdata, if you are still in the program and close the browser.
Step 2: From your terminal, open a command line session.
Step 3: Change to the Zoomdata directory.
Step 4: Open the file
Step 5: Search for the term 'HOSTNAME'
Step 6: If this term is not in the file, add the following line:

Step 8: Verify whether the command line containing the hostname and the server IP address exists:
