Using the Zoomdata Tracing Service
The Zoomdata tracing service provides some limited distributed tracing for Zoomdata services. The service name is
zoomdata-tracing-server. To use our training service, you must install and start it to collect tracing information.
Usually, you will want to use the tracing service with assistance from Zoomdata Support.
The Zoomdata tracing service is enabled by default and will be automatically discovered by the Consul and the Zoomdata services. No additional configuration should be necessary.
Web browser access is available on port 9411 (by default), however the interface does not require authentication at this time and access can only be restricted at the firewall. See Configuring the Tracing Service Port.
